1. Your sets are local or export ones?
Mainly export, Japan/Asian sets.
2. When can I receive my order (PSP Slim)?
It depends on your payment time & delivery time by my supplier, usually will take not more than 3 days after payment is made.
3. Will receipt be issued?
Yes from me, upon request, will be required to redeem for the 1 week warranty.
4. Can I check for dead/bright pixels?
Yes you may, but do take note that there wont be any exchange once you leave the collection venue, so please check on the spot once you've receive the set to avoid any loss and such.
5. What's the best way to check for dead/bright pixels?
Go under Theme Settings, change the background color for numeral times.
6. Can I opt for cash-on-delivery instead of payment-first-to-process-order?
I apologise for any inconvenience caused or if you don't feel safe dealing such way. I do not have the capital to order for all because the supplier only accept payment from me first to process this mass order too. Would appreciate all trust & support given to me and I cross my heart, I'm not out here to scam. :) If you still feel insecure, check out our

7. I change my mind, I don't wanna order anymore, can I have a refund back?
Chances are, no, but I won't mind helping out to sell your PSP for you if you want, this is because I might have already transferred the money to my supplier to reserve a set and he might have already processed the order.
